Gary opened Crofts in 2006 and has built it into one of N.E.Lincolnshire's leading Agents. With strong beliefs in customer service Garry continues to push forward in providing customers with a service that is second to none and instills these beliefs within the sales team. Garry strives to continue in making Crofts the number one choice for customers.

Combining 15 years experience in retail management and over nine years experience in estate agency, George brings a wealth of experience in customer service, offering a wide spectrum of skills and expertise in understanding the importance of placing the client first. Having been head-hunted by Crofts in 2015 from a competitor agent, George quickly found that he was working for an agent that shared his belief and passion in delivering the best possible service for the best possible value.

As a highly-driven residential valuer, George strongly believes that a great agent works for the client and always endeavours to make their needs his priority.

Frazer is excited to join the Crofts team as Branch Manager and valuer in our busy Louth branch. Bringing with him over 18 years industry experience as a valuer and manager, along with a 7 year retail management background, Frazer has a passion for delivering high standards of customer service and professionalism to clients. Frazer is always willing to go the extra mile for people and has quickly found that his passion and drive to deliver for clients is a perfect match with Crofts approach to estate agency.

Hannah has a good educational background graduating from the University of Greenwich in 2003, since then she has worked in the property sales market and has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of estate agency. Hannah is qualified with the NFOPP Technical Award for sales and prides herself on her professionalism and dedication. Her mission is to find the perfect house for our customers whether it is for a first time buyer, investment or an upward move. She enjoys the challenge of achieving the best price possible for her clients so you will be in safe hands when it comes to negotiations.

A key member of our Sales Negotiation Team, Vicky holds a NFOPP Technical Award. Vicky has transferred her years of experience in travel sales and customer service into her role at Crofts. Vicky thrives on completing sales and finding the perfect property for all her clients! Her customer service is second to none - she is calm, friendly, tenacious and practical, with great people skills - and great results to prove it! Vicky is a pivotal team player in our fast-paced environment.

Sarah joins us after having spent over eight years in property and estate agency. Coming from a background in Retail Customer Services, Sarah and has recently gained her NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property. Sarah is friendly with great people skills and is also a lifelong local resident - so her advice and knowledge of the area is second-to-none.

Having worked with us since 2020, Millie works at our Louth branch as a Sales Negotiator. Since working at Crofts, Millie has completed a Level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service and has gained her NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential property. She is always smiling, loves talking to new people and puts her heart and soul into providing the very best customer service!

Matthew started his career as an insurance broker, but recently opted for a career change by joining us in September 2018. Matthew joins the team having over 7 years customer service experience under his belt and is keen to transfer these skills into his new role as Manager at our Immingham branch. Matthew is highly motivated, enthusiastic and always willing to go the extra mile.

A recent addition to the Immingham office, Emma brings a wealth of property knowledge, with over 20 years industry experience, along with a vast amount of customer service skills. Emma is friendly, highly motivated and is always keen to go the extra mile to help ensure her clients receive the best possible service.

Donna brings a wealth of knowledge to the Immingham branch having lived there all her life.

She has gained valuable skills during her 12 years’ experience in estate agency and the 13 years customer service in food distribution.

She is now returning to the estate agency industry, to carry out a role she loves and has a passion for.

Donna prides herself in her professionalism and great organisational skills, with her aim to provide excellent service to her buyers and sellers, at all times.

Having graduated with a BSC (Hons) in Sports Therapy, David chose a different career path following university. After initially working in Manchester as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, he relocated to Cleethorpes and as a result joined Crofts with two and a half years’ experience in the property industry. Since joining Crofts he has continued to improve his knowledge and understanding around lettings and is now the Manager of this department. David prides himself on his customer service skills, and believes that the key to being a great Estate Agent lies within the service provided.

Belinda joined us as a Business Administration Apprentice in our Lettings department and has recently moved up to Lettings Negotiator. Practical and enthusiastic, Belinda has lots of experience of working with people of all ages and demonstrates a natural aptitude for interacting with customers and providing service with a smile. Previously, Belinda has achieved a Distinction in her course in Business Studies and is passionate to build on that with her continued education and experience at Crofts.

Hollie joined Crofts as a Customer Service Apprentice back in 2020 and has worked her way up to becoming a full time Lettings Negotiator, gaining her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management along the way. Hollie is a hard-working, motivated individual who strives to succeed daily and goes that extra mile to help with customers’ needs. Teamwork is paramount to Hollie - evident from her participation in a variety of competitive sports. Hollie is a valued member of our team and continues to work hard to build on her knowledge of the property sector.

Rebecca joined Crofts in September 2021 with a strong background in customer service having been a Retail Manager for 10 years. Looking for a new challenge, Rebecca initially joined us as a Lettings Negotiator and as a result has a wide range of knowledge surrounding the entire rental process. When the position of Maintenance Manager became available Rebecca decided to change roles and is now responsible for all repairs on our portfolio of properties, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Rebecca is a positive individual with a desire for things to be done the correct way, and this is shown in her day to day work to ensure great service for clients.

Charlie has joined Crofts Estate Agents as a Business Administration Apprentice with the Lettings department and is studying for her level 3 qualification alongside her full time role. Charlie applies strong customer service skills to her role which she has developed through previous experiences. She always strives to provide a friendly and helpful service to all customers and has always had an interest in the property industry. Charlie feels the apprenticeship route is a great opportunity to help her grow professionally, and to contribute to a busy team.

Stuart is a recent and welcome addition to the Lettings team after many years of customer service within the motor trade. Stuart has always had a keen interest in property and is enjoying transitioning into his new role.

Sandra started her career in property as a Lettings Administrator for another company in Cleethorpes. Following this, Sandra progressed her role onto being a Lettings Negotiator. Sandra had a slight change of role within the property industry and worked for a Block Property Management company in Hull and was responsible for communal maintenance in properties around the UK so has a great understanding of both maintenance and property management and has already racked up 5 years of experience within the field.

Alicia has joined Crofts from a local lettings agency, so is well-equipped to deal with the day-to-day issues and queries around rented property. Well-organised, positive and with a can-do attitude, Alicia is an asset to the Lettings team. With great communication and listening skills, she is able to successfully assist customers with any requirements or requests they may have.

Lindsay began her career in health and fitness, but for the last 20 years her heart has been firmly in the property field, with Lindsay and her husband having designed and built their previous two houses. She has a passion for helping prospective owners find their dream home and lifestyle, firmly believing that happy people make a house a home.

Sue joined Crofts recently as a Viewing Assistant at our Immingham office having worked in customer service roles for over 15 years. Sue has a lifelong interest in property, loves to meet new people and enjoys the variety that comes with her role at Crofts.

Having been a self-employed hairdresser, Sarah understands the importance of great customer service. She loves meeting new people, has a lifelong interest in property and is greatly enjoying her role here at Crofts.

Archie is a welcome addition - and has quickly become a valued member of our busy Viewing team. He’s friendly and reliable and really enjoys his work meeting new people everyday. He picks things up quickly and hopes to progress in the property industry through his position at Crofts.

Having previously worked in our sales department and therefore having a complete knowledge of the business, Alison is now our Accounts Manager. Alison recently completed her AAT accounts qualification and has a vast experience in all aspects of accountancy and estate agency. Alison is very approachable and always on hand to help with any enquiry.

As a recent addition to the Croft's team, Jo is enthusiastic and professional - and strives to achieve the best in all areas. With a background in banking, she has the perfect skill set for her position within our busy Accounts department. Jo is very service-orientated and enjoys helping clients and solving any problems that they may have.

With almost 20 years’ experience in all aspects of property including conveyancing, Kate is qualified with the NFOPP Technical award. Kate has vast experience in property sales and lettings and keeps a close eye on our business and team performance, as well as individual HR issues.

Here at Crofts, we have our own in-house professional mortgage advisor Claire Twyman. Claire is affiliated with the Mortgage Advice Bureau and is able to search many more mortgage deals for you than your own high street bank. In fact Claire is able to search thousands of mortgage deals from over 90 lenders - so is ideally placed to give the best up-to-date advice on borrowing, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. Claire is based at our Cleethorpes office however she does cover the Louth and Immingham offices regularly too. Claire is available for either home or office appointments and works flexible hours to suit her customers. Debbie qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2017 whilst working as an estate agent, so she understands the industry from first-hand experience. She is able to access a large number of mortgage products and lenders to find the perfect deal for Crofts’ clients. Whether looking to purchase their very first home, move or re-mortgage, Debbie is here to help. She is available for face to face, telephone/zoom or home visits to suit, and is always on hand to answer questions for clients when making a start in the mortgage process and is happy to have a quick chat any time.
