Our Branch Valuation & Sales Manager (or someone else suitably qualified) will visit your property at a time convenient to you. During the initial meeting it will be explained in more detail how ‘Crofts’ offer you an exceptional value for money sales package, with a somewhat different approach to property sales. A discussion relating to your individual requirements will be conducted, an indication of the value of your property may be presented at the same time, if not a report will be forwarded to you the next day, if not earlier. Our trained staff will visit your property for photographs on a day and time to suit you and take professional images from angles and positions to show the property in its best light. Many agents use sub standard equipment to photograph properties and often only capture a small fraction of a room, at Crofts we have state of the art equipment and software in the office to ensure that you are pleased with the final product. If you are not and you would like us to renew some images then we will happily return until you are satisfied.

Crofts have been standard bearers for all Estate Agents locally raising the bar when we opened in 2006 by committing to being open 7 days each week and have done ever since. There was really no choice in the matter and are still one of only two locally that do so, it took a full 2 years for the penny to drop elsewhere.
